Are you studying for the Six Sigma (or Lean) exams and need a bit of help? Or are you at work surrounded by people talking about Kaizen, DPMO and DMAIC and want to know what they’re talking about? I set this site up when I was studying too, to help both me and you rise through the belts.
I’m making this site as I find the other Six Sigma sites and books a little hard to understand for someone new to Six Sigma, so I’m writing it so even I can understand. I’ve completed my Black Belt now, but I’m still updating it to make it the ultimate Lean Six Sigma resource. New content and upgrades are coming almost every day.
If you’re wondering a) where the site was for the last year or so or b) where your comments went, we got hacked! I’m trying to get everything back up and running ASAP, with backups this time!
Six Sigma Belts

Also like Karate, you can't reach Six Sigma Samurai mastery through theory alone, and must do practical project work as well as take exams to reach your goal of Six Sigma Black Belt! Click on the link to see what they involve.
