- Conduct the MSA Experiment: Have the selected operators perform the measurements according to the designed experiment plan. Record the measurement data for each trial.
- Analyze the MSA Data: Analyze the collected data using appropriate statistical tools, such as ANOVA or Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gage R&R) analysis. This will help you determine the amount of variation contributed by the measurement system.
- Evaluate the Results: Based on the results, assess if your measurement system is acceptable or if it needs improvement. If improvement is needed, identify the sources of variation and take corrective action.
